THORNTON(Graham).Shirley and Gareth would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for the messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to the League of Friends at Leek Moorlands Hospital and ward 78 at The City General Hospital, received in their recent sad loss of Graham of Leek, a much loved husband and father. Special thanks for their care and kindness to the doctors and nurses at Leek Health Centre, the carers from St. Andrew's Care UK Ltd., the staff of ward 78 at The City General Hospital and the staff at the Leek Moorlands Hospital. Thank you also to David H. Smith for his help and guidance with the funeral arrangements.
